Do raisins really cause renal failure in dogs?

Are there any vet type professionals out there that can tell me if it is true that raisins cause renal failure in dogs? My boston terrior is apparently capable of flying and got into and ate a pound of snack mix containing yogurt covered raisins, mixed nuts, chocolates and chocolate covered espresso beans. This was at about 8 this morning and she is currently acting normal, no vomiting or malaise and is urinating when she goes outside. We are watching her closely, how long should I watch before i can be sure she is in the clear?
