I suggest that you eat more whole grains, veggies, and protein subsitutes (tofu, nuts, beans, and so on). However there are things that ONLY real meat will provide your body, so to have great health you will need to eat meat about 2x week. This doesn't mean red meat, this means eggs, chicken, fish, and turkey. Red meat (comes from the "chop house") should only be eaten about once a month.
