How Do i Handle this?

the dept chair is a lawyer. I only have 4 more cles left to get my degree. I had a meeting with him and he flat out LIED and said i asked him to "bend the rules." I didn't ask him that. Not even close. I called him a liar to his face via email and i aslo wrote a long complaint to his boss, the dean. He wrote back a bunch of really stupid letters that pretty much sounded good but were full of ****, so i picked apart each one and mailed it back. I was NOT nice either. Now I have four cles left, and two of them HE TEACHES. how am going to get through this program w/ out him flunking me on purpose? Thanks ???
