Has anyone used a traditional surrogate to have a baby? Are there any private ones out there?

My husband & i would love to have a baby that is his biologically . I can no longer have any children due to having a tumor removed a few years ago that turned into having a full hysterectomy . So there is no way i can have a baby for us or provide the eggs. Any advice ?
