I have a question :)?

Specifically regarding Georgia, I blame Stalin. It was that murderous slob who divided Ossetia into North and South. Why? Sadly, to dilute their culture and language. It was Stalin who redrew the borders and placed the "new" South Ossetia within the borders of Georgia to divide Ossetians. He is also ultimately responsible for the mess in the other disputed Georgian republics also.
