Lean & Shredded or Big & Bulky? Which do you prefer?

Americans seem to go more for the big and bulky look. I'm wondering which would guys rather be and which would girls rather be with? Lean and shredded would be like Brad Pitt was in Fight Club. Big and Bulky would be more of an Arnold Schwarzenegger look.
