Damaged laptop while ethernet cable was plugged in, port is broken need advice?

I need help with this one please guys, the ethernet port and the other port next to it where damaged when my son tripped on the wire and it yanked the laptop. The internet went off and I turned it round to look at the back and was shocked to discover that the ethernet plug was broken and the divider that separates the 2ports had been broken and its now like one big hole. I was shocked at the damage form such a minor thing. Anyway to cut a long story short can these ports be bought and replace? IF so what are they called? I tried to look online but couldn't find anything. THe laptop is an Acer, its not a new machine, but i just want to fix it and get it back to them asap, I'm very stressed and this was the last thing I need to happen right now. Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
