Did the court oppose affirmative action in gratz v. bollinger?

I am searching for cases that display decisions made by the court opposing affirmative action. Affirmative action is a public policy instilled by Reagan in the 1960's. In brief, affirmative action is the initiative taken to compensate previously discriminated or biased groups.So, who here can throw out a few cases where the court OPPOSED affirmative action? I've found a lot of cases that supported it, just none that have opposed it yet... maybe I'm not googling hard enough... lol. thanks guys!
