Help Please Testicular Problems???

Ok this morning i just got out of the shower and i was checkin my self. And i noticed a BB sized lump on my left testicle. I am lil worried about it but i dont think it is cancer or anything im just wondering if anyone out there has had testicular cancer and had the same kind of lump or if anyone has had a lump like this before.
