How to get rid of these puppies?

Our family dog had puppies several months ago and its been hell since. Since it was her first litter she didnt know how to take care of them. She had 9 and suffocated 5 and one of the runts died because she didnt take care of it. Now theres three left that are half grown and they are badly behaved. They chewed up my phone charger, ipod charger, compiter mouse cord and basically any thing in their way. They pee and poop everywhere and we cant put them out side because our three big dogs will attack them. I cant give them away because noone wants a half grown mutt. Its hard to take care of them since we have three other dogs too. What can i do?
