If the jobs in the USA are becoming scarce then why are we allowing Illegal Immigrants to work at all?

How can the Government let Tax paying people continuously get screwed and never do anything about it except take more and more money from you while they line their pockets with payoff money by allowing corporations to outsource american Jobs. Is there a solution?
