Someone please help me with hair decision!!?

my natural hair color is a medium brown (maybe a little lighter) Ive been dying it blonde for about 7 years now (since I was 14). Im getting sick of being a fake blonde and having my roots grow out... so im really thinking about dying my hair back to a medium brown with carmel highlights and maybe a few blonde highlights. My eyes are blue and I want them to "pop".... does anyone know what color would look best with my skin tone and my blue eyes?
